About us
Founded in Dubai in 2012, we produce conferences, concerts, exhibitions and public events across the Gulf from offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.

We are an event production and audiovisual rental company working across the Gulf. The company started in Dubai in 2012 with two trucks, a six-metre LED wall and one lighting console. Fourteen years later the same three things still define the job: equipment that works, a crew that turns up prepared, and a schedule everyone can read.
What we do
We produce conferences, exhibitions, concerts, public festivals, race-weekend entertainment and private celebrations. Around that we run a rental business, because many clients need the kit and the technicians rather than a full production team. Every discipline sits in-house: audio, lighting, video and LED, rigging, power, scenic and broadcast.
Where we work
Our head office and main warehouse are in Al Quoz, Dubai. A Riyadh office and depot opened in 2019, and a Doha base followed in 2025. That footprint covers all six GCC countries on a road trip, which matters when a date moves or a spare part is needed at midnight.
The warehouse is the company
More than nine thousand square metres of LED, three hundred and fifty moving lights and a prep floor big enough to build a full stage are what let us promise a rehearsal. Rigs are built, cabled and burnt in before they travel; the kit that arrives on site has already been switched on.
The crew
Eighty-plus people on staff and a wider pool of regular freelancers: producers, engineers, riggers, technicians, drivers and warehouse staff. Crews are briefed in Arabic and English, and every project has a named producer and a technical lead who stay with it from first site visit to load-out.
How we behave
We quote from real drawings, put assumptions in writing and say no to a date we cannot staff properly. On site, the person who spots a problem is expected to raise it immediately — that is a cheaper conversation than the alternative.
