Corporate & Business

Conferences, trade shows, product launches and internal summits — built for a full room, a hybrid audience and a board that reads the schedule.

Corporate & Business

Corporate work is where documentation matters most: an agenda that changes three times, three stakeholder groups with different ideas, and a stream that has to start on the published minute. We build the technical plan around the running order, then hold it.

Plenaries, breakouts and the exhibition floor are treated as one system. Shared crew, shared power plan, shared comms — so a delay in one room does not become a delay in the next.

Plenary and breakout rooms

Speech intelligibility comes first, then coverage, then level. We model the room, tune it with measurement in the seats, and set a repeatable scene for presentations, panels and Q&A so a session never starts with a technical conversation.

Every room has a named stage manager, a printed running order and a shared comms channel. Breakout rooms report their status to the plenary producer at every changeover, which is how a nine-room programme stays on one clock.

Exhibition halls and stands

Halls are a logistics problem before they are an audiovisual one. We plan power distribution, rigging points and screen sightlines across the whole footprint so exhibitors can be installed in parallel without competing for the same riser or isolator.

For the show floor we supply LED walls on ground support, truss-mounted lighting for feature stands, distributed audio for announcements and a walk-around crew that can re-patch a stand between sessions.

Product launches and press moments

A launch is a short show with an unforgiving reveal. We design the room for the camera and the audience at the same time, then rehearse the reveal until the cue is boring and repeatable.

Blackout builds, projection onto the product, timecode-triggered content and a discreet press feed are planned together, so the moment that gets filmed is the moment the room sees.

Hybrid and broadcast delivery

Remote audiences get their own camera chain, their own audio mix and their own operator. Sharing the presentation laptop with the stream is how hybrid events end up with no slides and no sound for the viewers at home.

Encoders run in pairs with rehearsed failover, the stream is monitored from a second location, and every session is recorded locally as well as delivered live.
