Event Content Creation

Show openers, LED-wall motion graphics, 3D stage visuals, event films and same-day social edits — designed at the real pixel size of the screen they play on.

Event Content Creation

Content is the part of a show an audience actually remembers, and it is usually the part that arrives last. We work backwards from the running order instead: an opener cut to the walk-in cue, graphics that still read from row thirty, a countdown that lands on the show caller's second.

Every piece is built at the native resolution of the surface it will play on, checked on a preview wall at the real viewing distance, and delivered with a backup copy on a second playback machine. Because the same team makes the content and runs the screens, a change at 2 a.m. happens inside the project file the show is already using.

Show openers and stings

An opener is a piece of timing before it is a piece of design. We agree the walk-in loop, the holding graphic, the countdown and the reveal with the producer first, then build the animation to those exact durations — so the file never has to be stretched on site.

Stings and bumpers are cut as a family: the same type, the same audio hit, a version for the main screen, a version for the side screens and a silent version for the stream. Each one is named by cue, so the playback operator fires "OPEN-01" rather than guessing at a file name.

Motion graphics for LED walls

LED is unforgiving of thin lines, small type and pure gradients. We design inside the real pixel map, keep type above the legibility threshold for the furthest seat, and use codecs the processor and media server are happy to scrub frame by frame.

Where a wall is built from several processors or is split by a stage entrance, the layout is drawn with the seams marked, and the content is authored to respect them. A logo that spans two cabinets looks like an accident; the same logo placed for the seam looks deliberate.

3D stage visuals and camera direction

Stage visuals are prevised against the venue drawing, so the camera positions, screen heights and set pieces are fixed before a single frame is rendered. 3D sequences are lit to match the physical lighting states the audience will see around them.

Live camera direction and IMAG run from the same plan: our director works with a switcher operator, a shading position and a screens engineer, with a separate broadcast-safe mix for the stream. Presenters know where the cameras are, and the screens never show a shot the room cannot read.

Event films, highlight reels and same-day social

A film crew that understands a running order gets the shots that matter: the reveal, the handshake, the room reaction. We shoot for the edit — the highlight reel and the social cut are storyboarded in advance, not assembled from leftovers a week later.

Same-day edits are cut on site and published from a laptop in the production office before the delegates leave the building. Speaker packages and award graphics follow the same timeline, so plaques, lower thirds and the closing film are approved by the same person on the same day.
