Sustainability
Reusable scenic frames, LED lighting, monitored power and a documented waste log on every build, with ISO 20121 certification in progress.

Live events generate waste by default: timber that is cut once, cable ties that are thrown away, generators running on an empty stage. We reduce it with better inventory, better planning and a waste log that is actually filled in.
Current practice
- Reusable modular staging and a scenic frame system that survives more than one show
- LED fixtures throughout the moving-light inventory, with dimming and shutdown schedules
- Power monitoring on site, so generators are not left idling overnight
- Scenic materials returned to the warehouse instead of skipped
- Cable, rigging hardware and flight cases repaired rather than replaced
Measured, not claimed
Every build over a set size carries a waste log: what left site, how much of it was reused, recycled or sent to landfill. The first audited festival site in 2025 showed that almost a third of what we used to throw away was reusable framing.
ISO 20121, in progress
We are working towards ISO 20121 certification for event sustainability management. That means documented objectives, a management review each year and evidence behind every claim on this page — not a badge bought before the work is done.
Working with your team
If your organisation reports on event emissions, we will supply the power, transport and waste figures for our part of the production in a format you can use.
