Social & Private

Weddings, galas, award nights and private celebrations — discreet crews, personal timelines and nothing on show that should not be.

Social & Private

Private events are personal, and the technical work should be invisible. Cables are dressed out of the aisles, speakers are chosen for their look as much as their output, and the crew understands that the family's schedule outranks ours.

We assign one coordinator to the family or host, one to the venue, and keep the two in step. When something runs late — and something always runs late — the plan changes quietly.

Weddings and ceremonies

Ceremony audio is the hardest part of a wedding to get right: an outdoor site, no rehearsal, and two families who need to hear every word. We use discreet microphones, a measured system and a backup playback path for the processional music.

For the reception we light the room in layers — tables, dance floor, stage — so the space can change mood without a single visible fixture being moved.

Galas and award evenings

An awards night is a live show with a fixed end time, a long list of names and a teleprompter nobody wants to read. We run rehearsals with the presenters, lock the cue stack, and keep the show caller in charge of pace.

Camera positions, a red-carpet feed and a broadcast-safe lighting state are designed together so the room and the highlights package look like the same event.

Private celebrations

Some events come with a confidentiality clause and a guest list the crew will never see. Our teams are briefed on what not to photograph, discuss or post, and work to a fixed footprint agreed with the host and the venue security team.

Setup is scheduled around venue access and, where needed, completed before guests arrive — including sound checks, lighting focus and a full playback run-through.
