Exhibition Stands

A stand has three audiences in one day: someone walking past at twenty metres, a visitor standing on it, and a sales team working it for ten hours. We design the structure around the sightline first — what a visitor sees from the aisle — then bring the screens, light and sound into that composition rather than hanging them on afterwards.

Everything is dry-built in our workshop before it ships: the walls, the LED frames, the counters, the light positions and the cable routes. Venue rules differ from hall to hall at the Dubai World Trade Centre, ADNEC and the Riyadh and Doha venues, so the drawing set we submit is already written for that hall's height, rigging and power limits.

Custom design and build

A custom stand is a small building with a very short life. We start with the brief and the floor plan, agree a design that fits the stand boundary and the height rule, then take it through joinery, metalwork, finishes and graphics in our own workshop.

Storage, meeting space, product plinths and the sales team's coffee machine are part of the drawing, not an afterthought. The stand is assembled complete in the workshop for a client walk-through, photographed, then packed with a labelled crate list so the same build can be repeated at the next show.

Modular and system stands

For a calendar of shows, a reusable system beats a one-off build. We work with system profiles and reconfigurable panels so a 6×3 shell scheme can become a 9×4 island for the next edition, with new graphics and a fresh LED feature instead of a new stand.

The kit lives in our warehouse between shows, audited after every build. Damage is repaired before it is packed, and the graphics are re-printed to the current brand guidelines, so the stand never arrives looking like the previous season.

LED walls and AV integration

Screens on a stand are specified by viewing distance, not by fashion: a 1.9 mm wall behind a counter and a 3.9 mm wall facing the aisle are different products. We supply the pitch that reads correctly from the walkway, mount it to the stand's own structure where height rules apply, and process it from a cabinet the exhibitor can reach.

Audio on a stand is zoned and directional so a product film does not spill into the neighbouring exhibitor's meetings, and touchscreens, demo laptops and a looping content player are switched from a single point with a labelled recovery card.

Lighting, graphics and show-floor logistics

Stand lighting is designed for two viewers: the visitor and the camera. Product light keeps packaging readable and colours honest, while a separate camera state flatters the stand on video calls and press photos without flaring the screens.

Around the build we handle the boring parts that decide whether a show goes well — power distribution and isolators, rigging permissions, graphics print and delivery, furniture, waste removal and the build and break schedule agreed with the organiser. Our crews work GITEX, Arab Health, IDEX, ADIPEC, Gulfood and Big 5 every season, so the paperwork is not new to us.
