Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024

The Formula 1 season finale at Yas Marina Circuit, with a concert programme and hospitality venues running through the weekend. Scope covered audio and lighting for the after-race concert stage, LED screens in the fan zones, and comms and playback support for the circuit entertainment team.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
