Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025

The season-closing Formula 1 weekend at Yas Marina Circuit, with concerts, hospitality venues and a global broadcast running around the track sessions. Scope covered audio and lighting for the after-race concert stage, LED screens across the fan zones and hospitality units, and comms and playback support for the circuit entertainment programme.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
