ADIPEC 2025

The Abu Dhabi energy exhibition filled ADNEC for four days with conference sessions, technical stages and a large exhibition footprint. Scope covered audio and lighting for the conference stages, LED walls in the plenary rooms, a streaming position for the leadership sessions and technical crew across the halls.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
