ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. delivered the visual and technical production for the Aramco iktva Forum & Exhibition 2025 in Saudi Arabia, from concept development and technical drawings to the last cue of the run. The stand was treated as one experience: bespoke LED surfaces, architectural lighting and a content pipeline that carried the programme along the visitor route instead of a wall of unrelated screens.

Every surface was drawn and previsualised before anything was fabricated, then mapped to its real pixel grid and rehearsed as a single show file. Our approach — Design → Map → Illuminate → Synchronize → Execute — keeps engineering, content and show operation in one team, which is how a render survives the trip to reality.

• Concept development and technical drawings for the stand’s LED and lighting architecture
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation approved before production
• Bespoke LED installations, including custom screen shapes and an LED ceiling array
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) against the real pixel grid of every surface
• Stage and architectural lighting design for the stand, its products and its sightlines
• Timecode show programming synchronised with the stand’s audio and video content
• LED screens, media servers and content playback across the exhibition day
• Onsite engineering, installation and show operation
