AI Week 2026

AI Week 2026 in Dubai: conference stages produced for a camera-first audience, with LED presentation surfaces and lighting that holds up on screen.

ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. supported AI Week 2026 in Dubai with the technical production of its stage visuals: LED presentation screens, lighting for speakers and camera, and content playback across the programme. Every room was treated as a broadcast space as much as a conference room.

Each set was previsualised and cued before the first session, with content mapped to the real screen dimensions and played from a controlled server. Our crew stayed on site through the programme, tuning between sessions so the look stayed consistent from one stage to the next.

Scope of work (provisional)

• Concept and technical drawings for the stage, screen and lighting layout
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation of the conference sets
• Bespoke LED presentation surfaces sized to each room and its sightlines
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) where content spans several surfaces
• Stage lighting design that holds up on camera and in the room
• Cue-to-cue show programming synchronised with the session content
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
• Onsite engineering, installation and show operation
