LEAP 2026

The fourth edition of the Riyadh technology conference: multiple stages, a broadcast studio and an exhibition floor running on one schedule. Scope covered main-stage audio and lighting, LED walls on the keynote and breakout stages, a two-camera broadcast feed for the conference stream, and wired and wireless microphone kits across eight session rooms.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
