Qatar Grand Prix 2025

A night-race weekend at Lusail International Circuit with fan-zone stages, big screens and a broadcast compound beside the paddock. Scope covered the fan-zone stage audio and lighting package, LED screens and playback for the spectator areas, plus rigging and power planning for temporary structures.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
