Esports World Cup 2025

A summer-long esports tournament in Riyadh, with arena stages, player areas and a broadcast feed for every match window. Scope covered arena audio and lighting, LED screens above and around the player stages, and broadcast and replay support inside the venue production area.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
