MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2025

The Riyadh desert festival returned for another December run, with several stages playing simultaneously into the early hours. Scope covered main-stage line array and low-frequency systems, a festival lighting rig with remote followspots, LED screens on the two largest stages, and a broadcast position for the festival highlights package.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
