Bahrain Grand Prix 2025

The Bahrain race weekend at Bahrain International Circuit, with fan zones, hospitality programming and an evening concert stage. Scope covered the concert-stage audio and lighting package, LED screens in the fan zones, and playback and comms for the circuit entertainment programme.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
