Joy Awards 2025

The Riyadh awards ceremony combined a red carpet, a live show and a broadcast production in one evening. Scope covered show audio and lighting, an LED backdrop and side screens, and a broadcast position for the ceremony feed and highlights package.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
