KAYAN Brand Activation

The KAYAN Brand Activation in Riyadh: a temporary brand space where LED surfaces, lighting and content were designed as a single environment.

ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. produced the visual and technical build for the KAYAN Brand Activation in Riyadh, turning the brief into an environment of LED surfaces, lighting and content rather than a stage with screens attached. The space was designed to be walked through and read from every side.

The activation was drawn and rendered before anything was built, then mapped and programmed on site so the first guest met a finished show file instead of a test pattern. Lighting and playback stayed under one console, which let the look be changed between guest waves without calling a second vendor.

• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) across screens and set surfaces

• Timecode show programming synchronised with the brand’s audio and video
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
• Onsite engineering, installation and show operation
