Al Jazeera AI Conference — AI Report

The Al Jazeera AI Conference — AI Report in Doha: a conference room built for the people in it and for the recording of it.

In Doha, ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. produced the stage visuals for the Al Jazeera AI Conference — AI Report: the LED presentation surfaces, the lighting that shapes them and the playback that keeps the programme moving between sessions. The room had to read clearly for the audience and stay consistent on camera.

Sessions were previsualised and cued before rehearsals, with content mapped to the real screen resolution and played from a controlled media server. Our technical crew stayed on the floor through the programme, adjusting between sessions rather than during them.

Scope of work (provisional)

• Concept and technical drawings for the stage, screen and lighting layout
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation of the conference set
• Bespoke LED presentation surfaces sized to the room and its sightlines
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) where content spans several surfaces
• Stage lighting design that holds up on camera and in the room
• Cue-to-cue show programming synchronised with the session content
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
• Onsite engineering, installation and show operation
