Arab Health 2025

The healthcare exhibition and congress at Dubai World Trade Centre, with conference tracks running alongside the exhibition halls. Scope covered congress-room audio and lighting, LED screens in the plenary halls, and a streaming position for the sessions published online.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
