Aramco iktva Forum & Exhibition 2023

The Aramco iktva Forum & Exhibition 2023, produced around a mapped LED environment and a lighting design built for a working exhibition floor.

ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. delivered the LED and lighting production for the Aramco iktva Forum & Exhibition 2023 in Saudi Arabia. The stand combined custom LED surfaces with architectural lighting, so the programme could be presented as a sequence rather than as a set of separate screens competing for attention.

The work started with drawings and renders, moved into mapping and content preparation, and finished with a rehearsed show file running on site. Design, engineering and operation stayed with the same team from first sketch to last cue — the reason a concept drawing still looks like itself in a live exhibition hall.

Scope of work (provisional)

• Concept development and technical drawings for the stand’s LED and lighting
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation before production
• Bespoke LED installation fitted to the stand’s architecture
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) with content authored for the final resolution
• Stage and architectural lighting design for the exhibition floor
• Timecode show programming synchronised with audio and video content
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
• Onsite engineering, installation and show operation
