BMW M Power Tunnel

The BMW M Power Tunnel in Dubai: a walk-through LED tunnel where the content is mapped to the architecture and the show moves with the visitor.

ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. built the visual and technical production for the BMW M Power Tunnel in Dubai, an immersive installation in which LED surfaces line a walk-through tunnel and the content is mapped to the architecture rather than to a flat screen. Depth, pace and light were treated as the experience itself.

The tunnel geometry was drawn and previsualised first, then mapped surface by surface, with the lighting and the audio timeline running from one show file. Engineering and show operation stayed on site for the duration of the activation, keeping the tunnel running to the approved look.

• Concept development and technical drawings for the tunnel geometry and LED layout
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation of the walk-through experience
• Bespoke LED installation across the walls and ceiling of the tunnel
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) for one continuous surface over many panels
• Lighting design that supports the tunnel’s depth and the visitor route
• Timecode show programming synchronised with the audio and video timeline
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
