C4 Energy Drink Stand

The C4 Energy Drink Stand in Dubai: a retail-facing stand carried by bold LED surfaces, product lighting and content built to work all day.

ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. handled the LED and lighting production for the C4 Energy Drink Stand in Dubai. The stand had to compete with everything around it, so the design leaned on high-impact LED surfaces, tight product lighting and content cut for an audience that is already walking past.

Screens were drawn, mapped and played back from a locked show file, with a rig simple enough for the stand to run unattended between scheduled moments. Technical support stayed available for the duration of the activation, and the same crew handled installation and operation.

Scope of work (provisional)

• Concept and technical drawings for the stand’s LED and lighting
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation of the finished stand
• Bespoke LED installation sized to the stand and its sightlines
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) so product content lands exactly
• Lighting design for the product displays and the visitor approach
• Timecode show programming synchronised with the stand’s content loop
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
• Onsite engineering, installation and show support
