1. Project Overview

This document outlines the scope of services, technical specifications, and deliverables for the engineering, installation, programming, and commissioning of a high-density, custom LED pixel-mapped lighting system. The project features a complex architectural integration comprising over 45,600 individually controllable LED pixels seamlessly integrated into the suspended ceiling structure and ground-level display pillars. The entire lighting ecosystem is driven and managed via MADRIX lighting control software.

2. Technical Specifications

• Total Pixel Count: 45,600+ RGB Pixels

• Total DMX Channels: ~136,800 Channels

• Total DMX Universes: ~268 Universes

• Control Protocol: Art-Net / sACN to SPI (Digital LED)

• Control Software: MADRIX 5 (Ultimate or equivalent license required for universe count)

• Integration: Custom geometric suspended canopy and vertical architectural pillars.

3. Scope of Services

Phase 1: Pre-Production & Engineering

• System Design: Development of a comprehensive schematic detailing power distribution, data flow, and network topology.

• Pixel Mapping Layout: Creation of a 2D/3D pixel map reflecting the exact geometric shapes of the suspended canopy and pillars to ensure accurate content translation.

• Hardware Specification: Sourcing and specifying appropriate LED nodes/strips, Art-Net/sACN pixel controllers, high-efficiency power supply units (PSUs), and gigabit network switches.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all power distribution and load calculations comply with exhibition and venue safety standards
