Dubai Airshow 2025

The biennial aerospace exhibition at Dubai World Central, with chalets, static displays, conference tracks and a daily flying display. Scope covered conference-room audio and lighting, LED screens in the exhibition halls and chalets, and a multi-camera production for the show’s daily news output.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
