GITEX Global 2025

The technology exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre, with keynote halls, partner stages and conference tracks across the halls. Scope covered keynote-hall audio and lighting, LED screens and content playback, a live-stream position for the conference programme and RF coordination across the venue.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
