LEAP 2025

The Riyadh technology conference at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, with keynote stages, an exhibition floor and a live stream. Scope covered main-stage audio, lighting and LED walls, a multi-camera broadcast feed for the stream, and microphone and interpretation kits across the session rooms.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
