Toshiba Corporate Gala

The Toshiba Corporate Gala in Dubai: a corporate evening produced around a lit stage, LED presentation surfaces and a cue-locked show.

ANAS VISUALS EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C. delivered the LED, lighting and playback production for the Toshiba Corporate Gala in Dubai. The evening mixed presentations, speeches and entertainment, so the design had to reset quickly between segments without anyone in the room noticing the work.

Cue lists were built from the running order and rehearsed with the presenters; screen content was mapped to its final resolution and played from a controlled server. Our crew handled installation and show operation through the evening, with a second path ready for anything that needed to change.

Scope of work (provisional)

• Concept and technical drawings for the gala stage and screen set
• Photorealistic 3D renders and pre-visualisation of the running order
• Bespoke LED backdrop and presentation screens for the stage
• Lighting design for speeches, entertainment and camera positions
• Advanced pixel mapping (MADRIX) across the stage screens
• Timecode show programming synchronised with the gala audio and video
• LED screens, media servers and content playback
• Onsite engineering, installation and show operation
