Web Summit Qatar 2025

The Doha technology conference ran across multiple stages at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center with a continuous stream. Scope covered audio and lighting on the main and breakout stages, LED screens in the plenary room, and a streaming control position covering every session.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
