World Governments Summit 2025

The Dubai summit brought government delegations together for plenary sessions, forums and bilateral meeting rooms. Scope covered plenary and forum audio with speech-first tuning, lighting for camera, LED presentation screens, and a broadcast position for the summit’s media output.

The rig was drawn, prevized and rehearsed before load-in: system design and tuning for the audio, a cued look per session, LED content mapped to the final pixel dimensions, and a broadcast position kept clear of the audience sightlines. Documentation and a written debrief were handed to the organiser at the end of the run.
